Pull Handle Butterfly Valve Lockout BVL31

a) Lockey Patented pull handle butterfly valve lockout BVL31

b) Made of durable ABS plastic.

c) Exclusive, anti-pivot lockout device fits the full range of pull handle valve sizes, from ½ in. to 8 in diameter.

d) It’s a very convenient and one-piece design, cover the two half together whether in use or in storage.

e) Holds up to three worker padlocks.

f) Effective for all popular pull handle valves commonly used in food and beverage, water utilities, chemical, pharmaceutical and many other industries.

g) It Secures the valve handle in any desired positions, either from fully closed, to partially or fully open position.

Usage Instruction:

1. Tern the butterfly valve handle to the “off” or “on” position.

2. Open the lockout device and position right side under the pull handle.

3. Close the lockout device perfectly to cover the valve handle.

4. Press the two halves together unit the pull handle is completely secured. Put padlocks and warning tags on the lock hole (max 3 pieces padlocks) to secure the valve handle from being unauthorized operated.
