LOCTITE? 242 is a general purpose, medium strength, medium viscosity, anaerobic-curing threadlocking adhesive. It is thixotropic to prevent migration after application, and is perfect for fasteners requiring normal disassembly with standard hand tools.
LOCTITE? 401 is a fast-fixturing instant adhesive designed for the assembly of a wide range of materials where uniform stress distribution and high tensile and/or shear strength are required. Using primer LOCTITE? SF 770, the assembly of difficult-to-bond (PP, PE, PTFE) materials is possible. In addition, it is suited for bonding porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric.
LOCTITE? 404 is a transparent, colorless to straw colored, low viscosity instant adhesive (industrial grade) designed for bonding plastics and elastomeric materials. It is ideally suited for the joining of small parts in high-speed production applications as well as quick, on-the-go repairs. Using the primer LOCTITE? SF 770 (or LOCTITE? SF 7701 for medical device assembly), the assembly of difficult-to-bond (PP, PE, PTFE) materials is possible.
LOCTITE? 680 is a green, high-strength, anaerobic-curing retaining compound for the assembly and attachment of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where low viscosity is required. The product prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration, and provides robust curing performance by curing on both active metals (e.g. mild steel) and passive substrates (e.g. stainless steel and plated surfaces), as well as slightly oiled or contaminated surfaces, without the need for a primer or cleaner.
LOCTITE? HY 4070 Universal Bonder is a 2-part, fast-fixturing, cyanoacrylate/acrylic-hybrid adhesive that performs brilliantly on various substrates, including most plastics, rubbers and metals. It?s designed for the assembly of parts with bond gaps of up to 5 mm (0.2") and for applications where the complete cure of excess adhesive is a must. It has a gel consistency, which prevents adhesive flow even on vertical surfaces. Ideal for applications where temperature and moisture resistance are required. Best application results are achieved with use of the LOCTITE? cyanoacrylate mixing nozzle.
LOCTITE? AA 326 is a general-purpose, 2-step, high-viscosity acrylic adhesive for fast cure and high shear strength. It has good adhesion to different types of ferrites, a fixture time of less than 3 minutes, a high shear strength of 15 N/mm?, and can be used in temperatures up to 120?C (248?F). It requires LOCTITE? SF 7649 to activate and, among other applications, is perfect for magnet bonding electric motors used in elevator production.
When you have pre-assembled fasteners less than 6.35 mm (1/4") in diameter and need an effective threadlocker that allows for easy disassembly without shearing the screw, choose LOCTITE? 220. This fluorescent, low viscosity threadlocker wicks its away into the thread roots of pre-assembled, small diameter fasteners. Perfect for applications such as adjustment of set screws and small diameter or long engagement length fasteners.
For assemblies requiring a high strength threadlocker for larger fasteners, LOCTITE? 2047 is ideal. It locks and seals threaded fasteners over 22 mm (7/8") in diameter. It provides high lubricity, which reduces friction during assembly and allows proper clamp load to be achieved. Once cured, its high strength ensures clamp load is maintained when exposed to heavy shock and vibration.
If you?re working with small diameter screws made of low strength metals (e.g., aluminum or brass), try LOCTITE? 222. It is ideal for low-strength threadlocking of adjustment screws, countersunk head screws, and set screws.
LOCTITE? 222MS is a purple, low strength threadlocker ideal for fastener diameters of up to 6.35 mm (1/4"). Its controlled lubricity allows for accurate clamp loads. Parts can be easily disassembled using ordinary hand tools. Applications include adjustment screws, countersunk head screws, and set screws on collars, pulleys, tool holders and controllers. Suitable for use with low-strength metals, such as aluminum or brass.

It is ideal for heavy-duty applications such as bolts used in transmissions, construction equipment or railroad assemblies, where you need resistance to heavy shock, vibration and stress levels as well as temperature resistance up to 260?C (500?F).
LOCTITE? 262 is a red, general purpose, high strength, anaerobic-curing threadlocking adhesive, which prevents threaded fasteners from loosening due to heavy shock and vibration. Ideal for applications where migration of the adhesive must be prevented. It fluoresces under UV light ? great for quality control.
